Cling Stamps are coming...

With less than 24 hours to go to the release of the new Spring Summer catalogue... and the Sale A Bration promotion going live... I have some big news for you!!

The stamps... they are a changing... and I have some Top Tips for you for them too...
But before I start! A very quick alert today for those of you wanting to JOIN with me and Stampin' Up! this month!! You can from 11pm tonight in the UK!!!

Two options for you.... Choose £170 product (and not a penny more!) and pay £99... OR choose the £170 product and get the fabulous Craft & Carry Tote Bag (Click here to see more!) and pay £125 (which I highly recommend as the bag is fabulous!!)
And so... back to today's post... introducing Cling Stamps... These feature the same quality (red) rubber stamps we’ve always loved but they now come with highly adhesive image labels. So they cling like crazy to clear blocks so you don’t have to worry about your stamp image shifting or falling off the block…..even when cleaning...

Here is a video with more explanation and some top tips! Pay particular attention to the sticker assembly tips... as once the stickers are on... they cannot be removed... so you do need to get them on right first time! Though don't worry as that is not hard once you know how to assemble correctly...

And here is a leaflet showing the correct steps for assembly!
So all new stamp sets will only be available either in cling (for red rubber stamps) or photopolymer beginning with the 2019 spring/summer catalogue and Sale-A-Bration brochure,.
Stamps in the 2018-2019 annual catalogue will continue to be available in clear-mount, wood-mount or photopolymer.

Red rubber stamp sets (clear-mount or wood-mount) in the annual catalogue that will be carrying over will transition to cling with the 2019-2020 annual catalogue. Watch for more information about carryover stamp sets in April 2019

And this will all just make our rubber stamping life simpler... and better...
Best Practices
To remove the stamp from the block, grasp securely near the image label and remove slowly. (Cling stamps stick so well that if they are not carefully removed from the block, the foam can tear.)
To clean the labels, simply rinse under running water.
Use Stampin Mist/Stamp n Scrub or Simply Shammy for cleaning your stamps. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners.eg Staz On Cleaner.

And... before I go... a couple of extra Cling Stamp tips for you...

After you have assembled your labels on your new stamps... hand cut and use parts of  the remaining sticker label sheet on your old clear mount stamps to make these cling too...

Remove your stamps from the blocks asap... just makes getting the stamps off easier!!
