The Simple Z Fold card... sized specifically for use with the wonderful Stitched Rectangles dies.... which means... in order to get equal spacing on all 4 sides... it is cut down slightly from both the standard A6 card (from A4 card) and the standard A2 card (from US Letter sized card)...
I think Stampin' Up! were very clever shaping their rectangles this way as it means they can be used all over the world - with equal spacing - without a lot of grief!! And bear in mind that they still can be used on the standard cards with variants in spacing... as that is cool too...
On the front... the WISHES greeting is from the new Sale A Bration co-ordinating More Than Words set... lower half in Night of Navy with all the word overstamped in Balmy Blue... with GET WELL SOON from the Needle & Thread stamp set...
And inside... all from More Than Words... just seemed to work as a great sentiment to my mind...

where (D) is for die-cutting
* Edited To Add... I cut these pieces of Whisper White relatively large for die cutting my 2 Stitched Rectangles... as that way I got a nice frame for using on other projects( seethe one on the right)! You could get away with a smaller piece of Whisper White eg 2 1/2 x 3 7/8"and still have a nice frame ( see the one on the left!)... hope the next photo makes it all clear!
NOTE- My White Stitched Rectangles are the 5.6 x 9.1cm sized ones (2 3/16" x 3 9/16")
