2015 Advent Calendar

Been wanting to make an advent calendar for a few years... but everyone always wanted more cards instead!
But this year is my year! Finally we get to make an Advent Calendar...
So out came a pack of Tiny Treat Boxes and a couple of retired Stampin' Up! stamps ( 25 Days and 25 & Counting) that were purchased in order to make calendars in previous years - and I got to work...
And this is the result - one clean & simple style embossed calendar ready to fill with treats... I have a plan to fill mine with gin... 24 different ones the target... anyone with me!!?? Gin-vent Calendar here I come...
And I LOVE it! Can't wait to share... In fact I am making a few more as pre-Christmas presents... as I know a few more people that will love it! With or without the gin....

Love it too? Why not arrange a group of friends and come here to The Craft Spa in Great Ouseburn (half way between Harrogate & York) and make your own... Just contact me for more details and to arrange a date... half day session...£20 a head for 4 people... which includes ribbon (but no gin!!)

Kraft card not your thing? No problem - can be made with Home For Christmas papers instead... only £5 more for the papers...
Into Kraft but not into black!? No problem... I have a host of coloured embossing powders for you to use! Here is one in Pool Party... Great match in my kitchen!

And here are some more - made by my ladies...really fabulous...in fact ( shhhh!) I have a new favourite...

Hello, I have just made one of these and it's top heavy - it leans forward. Can you tell me if you used a support?

No support used... Though Everyone used the Stampin Scoreboard to make sure everything flat and lined up though... And lots of strong tape and pressure to ensure all stuck straight... I also didn't need a support when filled with 24 jam jars of gin!

I can only recommend trying to straighten/ strengthen off... And putting sth heavy in the bottom 3 and filling the rest with light things! And adding a support is a good idea too... Good luck...
