Birthday Bonanza #10

A Birthday Bonanza birthday card for right now-right here for you... 

The masked one...

The socially distanced one...

And note that this would be even better with one of the sentiments from the Help to Share Sunshine Covid-19 pdf as detailed here... but I made this a few weeks ago so that wasn't around then...

Masks care of the bunting dies in the Birthday Bonanza bundle... and greetings care of snipped down Label Me Bold greetings... both of which are on the Retiring List and so will be gone soon!

So... another week of lockdown for us all... and we're still all good in our "shielding bubble"... feels like a very safe place to be... albeit Groundhog Days mode!

But I definitely don't like...
(a) not being able to go see my father
(b) not being able to get out of my garden for a walk!
Oh and of course (c) having to do cleaning!!

But everything else OK in the circumstances... Though cooking, shopping and cleaning seem to have taken over pretty much all of my life!! So working on that!! And then I can be back with you a bit more again...

Birthday Bonanza Card #9

A quick little creative share and an update as I am being somewhat quieter on here than usual...

All fit, well and safe here in our little shielding bubble at home... We have a weeks holiday this week... though with this beautiful weather it's a shame it can't be in Wales as was planned... But finding this all so hard and sad...  as some friends going through really tough times... and the sending of a card just doesn't seem enough...

Though otherwise my card making abilities are being put to good use... but more on that another day...

Just finished off another card in the Birthday Bonanza card series... making 7 cards in the series made at Training... plus this extra Baby Bear on a Star one... and a few more to share with you as I carried on with a few more whilst the papers were out...

This card was a joint effort during training!

Original card design by Julie... using the Birthday Bonanza papers and Bonanza Buddies stamps and dies plus the Stitched Stars die for the aperture... and greetings from Well Said

Oh and do spot the tie... created by chopping up a stamped hat... great creativity Julie... (but not very well executed by yours truly here!!)

Then a need for a "cover up" by Uma ... so balloons suggested off the cuff by yours truly ... executed perfectly by Uma... so then copied by me!

What a great creative circle! Love it when that happens

Sharing some lovely projects we made at our last Quarterly Training... which really does seem like a lifetime ago...

I think I managed to make 7 of them... probably a record! So these should keep my blog inspiring you for the next week or so...

Hope to get a good solid day writing tutorials tomorrow... as I could do with a different focus to give me a break.... Variety and all that...

Sunday Suite - Birthday Bonanza

Oh we have had a lot of fun already with this Birthday Bonanza Suite... which is code for a lot of projects already made to be shared over the next week or so...

Now... I have to admit to getting an unexpected surprise with this suite... as I really LOVE the colour combination... so fresh... perfect for Spring and Summer... a tonic for the soul!

We are talking...  Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Grapefruit Grove, Mango Melody, Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Whisper White along with Terracotta Tile & Crumb Cake in the papers which we didn't actually use on the day! 

So you may see this colour combination again soon... albeit in a totally different form...

But ... I digress... so back to the Sunday Suite! Consisting of...
