On Stage Wrapped Gift

So I was at On Stage Local in Solihull the other weekend... and had a blast with Stampin' Up! & fellow demonstrator friends old and new...

So ... a little share today for my Tuesday Tips.... of a simple way to gift wrap when you have a gift for a friend... but just a minute left before you need to leave the house!!

Grab a plain white bag... know you have lots of those somewhere... (if not I have a lot but with flat handles!) and a couple of pieces of paper from a 6" Square paper stack... Petal Garden used here...
Trim a piece of Old Olive card to 6 1/4" W x 7 1/2" H... and one piece of paper to 6" W x 2"H

Adhere all parts and trim the gap with Washi Tape - Basics Pack 1 in the pinks used here. Add a quick Thankful Thoughts stamped and a little stamped & Bunch of Banners die cut Soft Sayings card kit greeting - or two... and a few Rhinestones to finish...

Pop your gift in the bag... and tie a 1/4" Stitched Edge ribbon around the handles to close & seal...

And off you can go....
A deserving apron gift (and with such appropriate wording!) for a demo friend that continually inspires me and most of our team... thanks again Julie...

Double Tin of Tags!

An easily overlooked gem or two...the Tin of Tags and the Tin of Tags! My ladies loved making these for their christmas wrapping stash ... and I was able to be much quieter than usual!

First up the Tin of Tags kit of 30 tags in a tin... 3 each of 10 designs... a lovely little crafty pursuit for an hour or two in the evening at home.... definitely quick and easy.... highly recommended... and Stampin Up! have even provided you with a video should you get stuck!

And here is what you get in the kit
And then the Tin of Tags stamp set... co-ordinates perfectly with the Tin kit as that is how it is intended to be used... but such a fabulous greeting set for Christmas in any case!! I have used it loads... and yay! 25% off for you this month.... £19 RRP reduced to just £14.25... Don't miss it!
I did change a few of my tags from the specified originals... some for birthday wishes (or other occasions) ... and a few colour switches... but I have never been able to follow a recipe to the letter!!!

And did you spot my decorated tin!! Don't think you can miss this on the shelf... What would I do without my Large Letters dies...
And ...before I go... here is a reminder of the Online Extravaganza items on Flash Sale this Monday, 28th November... just click here to go straight to my Online Shop ...

Really great time to get that Magnetic Platform ladies - with nearly £13 discount!!! ... It will change your die-cutting world!!! I wouldn't be without it with my metal dies....

Christmas "Chocolate Ball" Treat Holder Jar

Quick share of one of the christmas treat holders that will be adorning some tables around here...

These were inspired by this swap at the On Stage Telford event... but unfortunately there is no name on it to credit the maker! So please let me know if it was you.... and thank you so much for your clever and gorgeous swap (and the chocolate eclair... my favourite!)
Couple of Jar of Love jars stamped & white embossed and then die cut. Greetings care of the Candy Cane stamp set - perfect for the job...

Stuck front and back to a little box holding the Ferrero Rocher or Lindor ball... finished off with a holly & berry spray (from Hang Your Stocking stamps and Christmas Stockings dies - both really well reduced this month!) and a bit of candy cane ribbon
The box holding the treat is just a 2 3/4" square piece of card scored at 3/4" on all 4 sides...

Quick & simples...
And front and reverse...
But I have to admit... mine is going to have a Lindor Ball in!! So I think it will be red for Lindors... and green for Ferrero Rocher on my table...
