Tuesday Trio - New Horizons In The Moment #3

Third and last in my In the Moment, New Horizons & Welcoming Windows series... plus the round up shot...

Note that Welcoming Windows is retiring soon.... but is still available when I just checked... Oh and note that buying the 2 parts separately is cheaper than buying the bundle... Stamps here... Dies here...

Thanks to Tamara Bertram for her inspiration for this card... I love Tamara's more monochromatic card... but had to try out a night scene with shiny stars...

Girl at a Double Window

Second in my In the Moment, New Horizons & Welcoming Windows series... Note that Welcoming Windows is retiring soon.... but is still available when I just checked...

Simply die cut 2 windows and stick together... and trim a scrap of New Horizons papers to suit...

Ink up & stamp New Horizons trees and birds on the paper scrap... and then stick behind the window...

Ink up & stamp girl on White and then again on the back of some of the New Horizons papers... colour hair and arms on White with Stampin' Blends... fussy cut the paper hat, blouse and skirt & stick... then fussy cut the whole image... leaving out the wine glass this time...

Oh and apologies... for people that couldn't just click and go to Thursdays post... as I forgot to add a title!! So click here and there you go...two beautiful Blessings of Home cards care of friends...

Tuesday Trio - New Horizons & In The Moment

I am sure that some of you spotted the main 2 panels I cut from the New Horizons 6x6 paper sheet to have the leftover for the window card I shared last Sunday...
Well ... these are the 2 Simple Diorama cards I created from those 2 panels... instructions for the card HERE...

Simplefor Sunday - New Horizons In The Moment

New Horizons meets In The Moment meets Welcoming Windows (retiring)...
Love this simple restful little scene...

And what a fabulous way to use your scrap strips from other cards...
Note that I have actually used it "upside down"... on purpose...
Sorry for being so brief... but technology is not on my side... I think my PC is now groaning at me from overwork over the years!!

Fancy Fold Friday - another New Horizons Easy Step Card

Another of the portrait Easy Step Cards to share with you... again combining the fabulous New Horizons papers with the In The Moments stamp set and On the Horizon stamps...

I used a couple of different paper patterns from the pack as the long thin strip was actually a scrap from another card...
And here is what I did with the 4th square leftover from the Trio of Square cards posted here.....

So a card with a more colourful wardrobe below... but far less colouring and less fussy cutting on the original above...

New Horizons Portrait Easy Step Card with Tutorial

This is the first of a new & long series of cards using the fabulous New Horizons papers... I have also used the In The Moments stamp set, Grassy Grove stamps & dies and On The Horizons stamps & dies

So I took the Easy Step Card  in landscape orientation...

And flipped it so it's in portrait orientation...

And I have noticed a few other fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators around the world doing the same "flip" this week...

I admit that I love it when great minds think alike... as that is usually a sure sign of a soon-to-be-very-popular card fold design... so I am delighted to share it with you....

Click HERE for another version using the New Horizons papers & In The Moment...

Saturday Serene Scene...

The last of my In The Moment Grassy Grove & New Horizons cards... for now...

A simple little serene scene... of which a couple of details may be hard to spot...

As she is dipping her toes into the water... almost literally...

And look... no coffee cup for a change..

Thursday Trio - In The Moment scene...

Here are some more of my cards using the triple combination of the Grassy Grove die-cut, New Horizons papers and In The Moment stamps...

This first one also combines Paper Piecing for the shirt... with Baby Wipe Swoosh (or Swipe) for the background

Whereas the other 2 have the images coloured using Stampin Blends alcohol markers... and have a sheet of the New Horizons as the background...

All on a Simple Diorama card that can be used for all occasions... Click HERE for the card tutorial...

All just so.... peaceful...

And do be sure to have a close look at the images... as my trusty Paper Snips scissors have been busy cutting away parts of the images I didn't want on these occasions...

Be In The Moment... #1

A few of these to share with you!  But just keeping it simple for today... as it is Sunday after all...

So here is a simple standard sized Tent Fold Card (opening at the side)...

Combining my favourite papers ever... New Horizons.... with my favourite die cut ever, Grassy Grove... with In The Moment...

Which I didn't realise when I bought them... but I absolutely love used this way with the Grassy Grove tree canopy ...

So much so that I now have a few more stamp sets to buy... namely A Good Man and Beautiful Moments... though I think I may have to be quick about buying before the Retiring List comes out ...
