Simple for Saturday - Blended Peaceful Place #3

I was asked to do the Northern Lights technique with my Peaceful Place papers... but my mojo had other ideas...

So same technique... but more subtle!

One Blender brush... 3 blues... Balmy Blue... then Misty Moonlight and finishing off around the edges with Night of Navy...
Edited to Add -  I have written up up a PDF tutorial bundle for 6 of my Peaceful Place cards... and I offer a Class in the (UK only) post too... See HERE for more details

Simply perfectly peaceful card! And such fun too...

And created from a paper scrap... but more on the other another day!

Though I now hope to be able to create a truer Northern Lights version... as friends have just sent me some fabulous "real" photos from their trip away... so won't that be a great Christmas card for them!

Something Simple for the Weekend... super CAS Stitched Stars

So this card was pretty much created from yesterday's... so I guess I could call this another Scrap Card...

As the Stitched Star was lined up and die cut out of the centre of a 12 cm (4 3/4") square piece of Thick Whisper White card...
Then stuck to a 12.5cm (5") square Gray Granite card...

Swooshed with an embossing buddy...
Greeting (from So Many Stars) stamped in Versamark through the aperture...

White embossing Powder added... and heated to melt...

Finished off simply with a few shiny Gemstones...
Another perfect super - CAS (Clean & Simple) card for any occasion... just change up the greeting!

And here are the 2 cards together...

Merry Monday - Feels Like Frost Scrap Card

Yes this is a card made from some of my Feels Like Frost paper scraps...

But more on that later this week!
Though hopefully tomorrow...

With a Tuesday Tutorial for 2 great cards... as I do love it when lots of cuts creates 2 cards!
In the meantime... card dressed using the Frosted Frames dies (Silver Foil leaves, Seaside Spray & White snowflakes & seedhead)... and a Frosted Foliage sentiment stamped in the new Delicata Silver ink...
