Tuesday Tips - Stitched Nested Label frame options...

Thought these were worth a quick post of their own... rather than been lost in yesterday's long post going through each of the 5 In Color Dandelion Wishes card variants...

So I used a few Nested Labels framing options as I went through the card designs...

Firstly... the simplest one... in Terracotta Tile...

Die cut the centre of the stamped panel... Die cut the next size up (larger) Basic Black label... stick stamped White on Black... and stick to centre of die cut stamped panel to cover your aperture...

But the frame is quite thick to my eye... so you can do this instead... spot the difference...

As used on the Seaside Spray card...

Die cut the centre of your stamped panel...

Then die cut the same size label/aperture from a piece of Basic Black card...

Then hand cut around the stitched lines around the aperture... so you get a thin frame... I just used my Paper Snips...

Then stick this around your aperture on the stamped panel... and finish off with your  die cut stamped white centre panel...

But then even easier... as on my Purple posy card... and my favourite...

Die cut the centre of your stamped panel... 

Then hand cut inside the stitched lines on your die cut piece... so easy to trim neatly this way! 

Then stick the label inside your aperture... 

And then... I have had another idea along the same lines... but I am going to change up the colours... and maybe even the stamps.. so I will be back to this another day!
