Tuesday Tips - Daisy Centres - Daisy Lane #2

Back to my Gray Granite and Daffodil Delight Daisy Lane series...

And another way of creating a centre for your daisy... as I would have used up a whole pot of the wonderful and perfect Perennial Essence Floral Centres if I had carried on!!

Which although very easy... and very effective... would have proven quite expensive as I played on!!!
So this card showcases...
(1) 2 of the daisy images and 1 of the greetings  in the Daisy Lane stamp set...
(2) small and large punched daisy centres...
(3) a new small square Pop Up Centre Step panel card variant ( but more on that another day!)

So back to those centres... ink up and stamp large daisies in the colours you require... Note that you only need to have the central circular area stamped... and then punched... so just a small scrap/strip of card required!
Punch the centres using (now retired) 1/2" and 3/8" Circle Punches....
Actually what I had done originally was to ... stamp large and medium daisies and then punch out with the necessary circle punch... but I have now just realised that I can get both sizes punched from the larger daisy! So why not just save a step or two! Unless you need to differently logistically when ruining a class or workshop! Hence why I mention both!

And then all were placed (stamped) face down onto a Stampin Pierce Mat...
And then circular pressure applied using the Take Your Pick Tool embossing stylus...
Starting in the centre and working out...
Which then forms a curve in the circular disc... so adding dimension...
So then they are all stuck on using a Mini Stampin Dimensional...so as to keep that extra dimension...

The larger ones are the centres on the 2 medium daisies to the bottom left... and the smaller is the centre on the smaller fussy cut daisy to the top right...
