Simple for Saturday - Making a Difference

Though I have dubbed this my Elvis card.... it's that flash of a gold jacket that does it!

Using the exclusive Host set, Begin With A Dream that you can earn for free with qualifying orders ( or by joining a Craft Spa club!). Click HERE for more details and another sample...

Image stamped in Memento Black... coloured using Stampin' Blends... mainly Basic Black...

And then a touch of Gilded Leafing flakes added... either using a Versamark pen (not SU!) and Heat & Stick Powder... or just a bit of Tombow Mono Multi Purpose Liquid Glue... just wait for the Tombow glue to dry and go tacky...

Greeting stamped in both black and red and then fussy cut into little strips...

And stamped panel ink-edged by placing each edge direct onto the ink pad...

Simple for Sunday - Change the World...

Couldn't get much simpler than this...

A super CAS card that says it all... when it just needs saying!

Care of the new Host stamp set - Begin With A Dream...

Wondering how to get a Host Set without ordering £150s of product at one time... join one of my Monthly Clubs*... click here to email me (or use the contact form down the right hand side) now for more details relevant to your budget...

*For example - order £50 a month for 3 months - for £15 host set goods value or £15 free goods in Month 3 ... so... Begin With a Dream is £12 Host Value and you would have £3 left to select some free goods!

Treehouse Adventure 3D Box Frame for 3D Thursday

Something really special to share with you today... and I just know that you are going to love it too...

But I can take NO credit... as this masterpiece has been created by the lovely Kate Cooper in my Stampin Up team of Craft Therapists... didn't she do VERY well...

So back to the project... which uses Treehouse Adventure & the "huge" Make A Difference alphabet stamp set... and sits in a 3D Box Frame to make it all the more special...

All I can say is lucky Will & Becca... and Kate... the Treehouse Adventure stamp set is now definitely on my next order! As it didn't take much to twist my arm on this one... it is a stamp that "has my heart" after all...

Love What You Do #2- Narrow Notecard Trio

Going from one end of a spectrum to another....

A quick, easy...and somewhat more subdued... set of narrow notecards...  to showcase the new Love What You Do stamp set in the early release Share What You Love bundles...

Yesterday's card here was a somewhat more bright affair!

Simple strokes of the stamps... in Tranquil Tide with Mint Macaron... plus Pool Party for the watercolour effect

And then a landscape one ... with Pool Party & Tranquil Tide for a brighter flower! Well it was out...

And so you have it... a quick trio of Narrow Notecards & Envelopes... in less than a minute... though I have just realised that I should have stamped the envelopes too!!

And before I go ... here are the other stamp set images in the Share What You Love bundles...

Make  A Difference...

A perfect set for alphabets, "handlettering/calligraphy", Angel policy and various useful stamps for the back of your cards and #hashtags etc... A bumper set of 143 stamps...

Statement of My Heart

Stampin' Up's statement of the heart even... only available in the Early Release I Want It All bundle... ie it won't be in the Annual Catalogue... so very exclusive!

Delightful Daisy Double Z Joy Fold card

A special card for a very special lady... who inspires me all the time and that I am proud to call my friend!

For those of you that just want the card tutorial... click here...

So a card for a fellow Stampin' Up demonstrator, a fellow team mate in our Julies Jems team... the Midlands branch... and also called Julie... Julie Wade of Create Handmade Happiness....

So a couple of weeks ago... Julie and her large heart had an idea... an amazing idea... and an idea that had most of us in the Jems Stampin' Up! team stop in our tracks... and go and make something very worthwhile... something that would hopefully make a little difference to last Thursday for a lot of people...

As the Stampin' Up! Statement of the Heart says "in this we make a difference" and I hope that we in our way did

Pop over to Julie Wade's blog here to learn more... but between us we made 946 cards to say "thank you for all that you do" and posted them off to Manchester... to the 8 hospitals involved... the Police, Fire & Ambulance Services and the staff at the Manchester Arena.

This was my parcel of 40 cards being sent off... which also had my local Post Office tears as I explained what we were doing...

Then I decided that one more Thank You card needed to be made and sent... so here you have it... a special card for a very special lady.... along with its twin that my ladies will be making in this month's classes! Once a demo... always a demo huh!!

And Julie... a laugh for you! I made a mistake... I couldn't fit your daisy on bottom left as intended... I would have covered up part of the message... oops!

And .... I have to point out the words that I used inside in Julie's card (though I did later admit that I never thought I would use this sentiment in the Thankful Thoughts stamp set) ...each and everyone of those words were what needed to be said to the lady that not only had the original idea... but rallied round finding the relevant contact points and addresses...  and got the whole Team organised... thank you again Julie! (are you crying again yet !!!)

And I also used...

Delightful Daisy papers ... one to spot on my Favourite New Catalogue items...

Daisy Delight bundle ... also on my Favourite New Items List and be warned... stocks moving out fast...

Window Shopping stamps...

And Labeler Alphabet... the set that allows you to say anything!

Now very very sadly I have had to come back to this post and edit it to add... that we are again quickly launching into creative action and making more of these heart-felt cards to just say thanks for what you do... destined for London this time...
