Happy Birthday to me!

Yes I am 21 YET again today!!!  So I thought I would share some lovely cards that friends and fellow demonstrators have made for me for a change...

There is still nothing so lovely as opening an envelope to expose a beautiful creation made by someone that cares about you enough to send a card... Just saying... Inspire Create Share...

I consider myself truly blessed to be part of such a creative group of fantastic ladies... and I thank you all for these beautiful cards from the bottom of my heart... 

So in no particular order...

Bike Ride card by Kate... particularly love the glittery bricks... look closely!

Beautiful Day card by Uma K (Happy Birthday to you today too Uma!) Love the colours used here... very calming although still fresh and bright...

Love What You Do & Frosted Floral card by Julie W... love the subtle glimmery paper pieced flowers here...

Tropical Chic card by Cheryl S... love the larger size and the pop of colour from those flowers...

And Gorgeous Grunge & Washi Tape card by Caroline... love this gorgeously bright and makes you happy card...

Especially when it is so easy with a quick emboss with a folder through your Big Shot...

What more do you need... though I did add a few NEW Faceted Dots embellishments on some flower centres... well they were just sitting there begging me...

Love What You Do #2- Narrow Notecard Trio

Going from one end of a spectrum to another....

A quick, easy...and somewhat more subdued... set of narrow notecards...  to showcase the new Love What You Do stamp set in the early release Share What You Love bundles...

Yesterday's card here was a somewhat more bright affair!

Simple strokes of the stamps... in Tranquil Tide with Mint Macaron... plus Pool Party for the watercolour effect

And then a landscape one ... with Pool Party & Tranquil Tide for a brighter flower! Well it was out...

And so you have it... a quick trio of Narrow Notecards & Envelopes... in less than a minute... though I have just realised that I should have stamped the envelopes too!!

And before I go ... here are the other stamp set images in the Share What You Love bundles...

Love What You Do #1

A quick, easy...and very bright... card...  to showcase the new Love What You Do stamp set in the early release Share What You Love bundles...

As well as showcasing 3 of the new 2018-20 In Colors... which you can also buy on early release with 10% discount for the set of 5 inkpads

So I have used Blueberry Bushel on the flowers to the left hand side (stamped off then stamped) ... Lovely Lipstick on the small flowers (aquapainted) and Pineapple Punch on the larger flowers to the right (stamped direct!) ...

I masked a Whisper White panel about 1 1/4" down from the top and 2" up from the bottom... stamped the flowers and leaves in Memento Black... then sponge-brayered Pool Party from the top and Lemon Lime Twist from the bottom... albeit much more heavy handed than I intended!!!

And finished off with the Love What You Do Thank You greeting in Black, Lemon Lime Twist Ombre ribbon and Black/White Bakers Twine... all set on a Lemon Lime Twist card blank... 

Global Stampin Friends Blog Hop - Exciting Times...

Hello and welcome to the Global Stampin Friends Blog Hop... with a simple theme of sharing our excitement for the new and upcoming 2018-19 Annual Catalogue... whether it be the "new" coming or the "old" carrying over...

So for me it had to be something new... along with a couple of returners...

So I have great pleasure in introducing 3 lovely new products...

The Lovely Floral embossing folder... for the main feature... Used for embossing the card and main panel... as well as fussy cutting for extra 3D effect... and also a little butterfly... but more on that later...

The Love What You Do stamp set... for a bit of extra detail in the wording and foliage to add some colour...

and last but not least... Faceted Dots... for the final pop!
