Host of Daffodils...

It has been a beautiful Spring Day today... and as I look out at my garden full of beautiful daffodils ...
I couldn't help but want to share these Easter treat makes with you...

A simple Mini Egg carton decorated using Basket Bunch and Basket Builder - and wrapped with paper from the Subtles 12x12 Colour Collection Paper Stack.

And the details for you... A 6cm wide strip scored at 3.9, 7.5, 11.1, 19.6, 23.2 and 26.8cm. Wrapped from the top and closed on the top with a 6cm wide x 5cm high piece of card...
And here is the host of daffodils... Denise was very busy with her 12 cartons for a special Easter event this year.... though unfortunately she had only finished the 5 Pear Pizzazz wrapped ones when I took the photo!
And I have to laugh at the photo of the daffodils in my garden... spot the little son and heir!! The photo must have been from our Spring Festival & Open Gardens village event at least 12 years ago!! There a LOT more daffodils for me to look at nowadays...

Oh and before I finish... only a week until the 2016-2017 Retiring List is published (Mon 10th April 8pm GMT) now... so I think this image says it all!! And PLEASE don't forget your 2015-17 In Color ink refills and cardstock... as I very much doubt they will still be available 15 minutes after the Retiring List is published!!

Basket Bunch Beautiful Banner... Happy Easter ...

LOL... what a tongue twister of a title!!!

I just had to make another banner whilst the Beautiful Banners stamps , Banners Framelits  and Layered Letters - were all still out... Previous banner made with Falling in Love papers shared earlier here...

But then the Basket Bunch stamps and the Basket Builder dies were also still out...
As were the Cupcakes and Carousels papers... which I then decided are just perfect for the light and bright feel we need for Easter celebrations...

So they all came together like so!
And a wonderful tip for you... The Gift Bag Punch Board is perfect for punching 2 holes at the same time in the back of your banners to thread the ribbon through... so easy...

This is not my original fantastic idea... but one I saw on our Stampin' Up! Demo Only Facebook Group (yes we have one of those!!! And it is fabulously inspiring... though lethal on the pocket... ) And after much searching... I am delighted to be able to say thank you to the clever and talented Anja Luft who has some piccys on here blog to explain how if you click here...

Basket Bunch Photopolymer Stamp SetBasket Builder Framelits Dies
I have had such fun with these stamps and dies... I have never made so much for Easter... so please feel free to visit daily over the next week for more inspiration using this set and more makes for Easter...

But did I say Lantern!! Mmmm... maybe not this time... I think my son will far prefer this version for Easter...
Only other problem was... I just couldn't resist trying out each mini egg type as I filled the glass hurricane jar! Oops... but yum!! And I can't help wonder how many eggs it would take to completely fill the jar!! As that would really make Joe happy!!!

And a couple more shots of the sides for you...
Thank you so much for visiting me today... and I hope that you can drop by again soon...

But now it is time to pass you onto my fellow Jems and more Easter inspiration... Next up is the lovely Sarah Lavelle at Rag Bag Badger...
Or if you have missed one ... or you are going in reverse order... then it is the lovely Allie at Jolie Paperie

Happy Celebrations Hoppy Easter

Delightful duo for you today!

Not that I can take any credit for the main event... the stamped panel is the brainchild of Brian King in the USA... click here for more details and his original version (in Watermelon Wonder & Pear Pizazz colourway and with a much "prettier" EASTER word!) ... but I was so inspired and just couldn't resist CASEing and making some of my own (within 30 minutes of seeing Brian's post I think!!)... Too cute Brian! Thank you so much for sharing your awesome idea!

First up ...a simple standard A6 card... spot the detail of the marker pen coloured wording in the paper... highlight whatever words you see fit...
And second up... my new A6 Double Z Joy Fold card... based on my (very popular!) Large Square one but reconfigured for the standard A6 size... click here for the A6 Tutorial... (Square Card Tutorial here and other samples here, here and here)  Edited to Add - note that these are the "not full opening versions"
Love this... it just makes me smile all round!!
