Craft Spa Paper Sets and Classes At Home

I am not running any face to face scheduled classes during January and February… So I have a couple of Class At Home Kits and a Co-ordinating Paper, Card & Embellishment Set planned for January and February …

My next order will be on 9th January… so please advise any Kits/Sets required by 2pm Sunday 9th January latest…

Also please order any Grassy Grove bundles direct by 9th January … as Stampin’ Up P&P direct to you is the same as I would have to charge (due to bundle values)... I will send you the free class kits as relevant (unless you tell me you prefer the more usual crafty products gift)

For January… Grassy Grove Class At Home Kit... Kits and Tutorials will be available by the end of the month...

Then for February… New Horizons Co-ordinating Paper, Card and Embellishments Sets… and Class At Home Kit ... or Free Class Kit with bundle... Kits and Tutorials will be available by the end of February... hopefully earlier!

Though please feel free to get your On The Horizon bundle ( and any more New Horizons paper) orders in straightaway... as I think this suite is going to be the most sought after... and I suggest that you tell me your intentions so I can order more paper come 10th Jan...

Note that the New Horizons papers are not available until w/c 10th Jan...

There may be more as I get into my groove… but here are the starters… Though I think you may see a bit of the Oceanfront stamps and punched clouds too...

Tuesday Trio - Geraniums....

So as I was kitting out the Welcoming Window Class in the Mail... I thought I should add a simple but fun fold card to the pack... just to say Thank You...

But time was of the essence... so a simple easel card with geraniums fit the bill... and so making a nice little trio of geranium cards for you...

Love how the planter makes the perfect "stop" and greeting label for the card... with those flowers strategically placed below the window...

Bricks stamped repeatedly in Sahara Sand using the brick stamp in the set... and then Sahara Sand ink brush blended (or sponged) over the top...

Missed out on the first round of the Welcoming Window Class in the Mail kit...

Well never fear... second round requested and now on for the product bundle with the 10 card free class kit in the UK ... Close date 23rd March... though actually the card kits can be with you within 5 days (on a first come first served basis... as I prepped a few more as I was doing the first round)

Live elsewhere or already have your own Welcoming Windows.... you can just buy all the tutorials for not 8... not even 10.. or 14... but actually 15 cards... in a whopping 19 pages of step by step photo tutorials in PDF format...

PS this Simple Easel card is not included in the Tutorials... But just score a LANDSCAPE 21 x 10.5cm piece of card at 5.25 and 10.5cm (or for US Letter.. trim & score a LANDSCAPE 8 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece of card at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4") and mountain bone fold both score lines

Field of Flowers Class in the Mail

Please note that this is my 2nd post for today... please scroll down for more creative inspiration...

Been weeks since I first promised this Field of Flowers Class in the Mail... but anyways here it is! Sorry for the wait... I hope that you think it is worth waiting for! Though many of the cards have been shared on here over the past few weeks...

There are 6 card designs... set out two ways... one set for day time and one for night time...

One set of 6 card kits, envelopes, sponge and masks will be sent if you order the Field of Flowers bundle (£38.20) Day set assumed if I don’t hear otherwise. Alternatively you can also pay £3 direct to me for the other set…or a double set…

Or both sets (12 card kits etc) will be sent if you top up your order to £60+ (OR Double Day or Double Night if you prefer) For example you may wish to also order the Lovely You stamps (£22) or 3 inkpads that I have used in the creation of these cards…
I have listed everything that I used in the making of these cards in a separate document. The essential product is the Field of Flowers bundle… alternatives could be used for many of the other items so I have not made them a compulsory purchase for the class. .

Click here or on the image below to check the list … as there may be products  for which you don’t wish to use an alternative product and so may wish to order now too! For example the Lovely You leaves and greetings, Winter Woods trees, My Meadow birds & clouds, Tasteful Textile texture and the various ink colours… The list should open up in an online drive...

Please order the products online for delivery direct to you quoting the current Host Code 9NUEAAKE.  If applicable - the Stampin’ Up! Bonus Days promotion will apply to your order (£4.50 to spend in August for free with every £45 ordered in July) however the class kit will be instead of my standard gift with order offer…

Class registration closes 31 July so your online orders must be placed 31 July latest.

Product substitutions can be made if you already own the Field of Flowers bundle. Minimum order values to be £35 for 6 card kit and £60 for 12 card kit.

After placing your order online - please forward your order details to thecraftspa@gmail.com along with your request for this Class in the Mail and confirming which set(s) of cards you prefer as applicable. Paypal payments for additional cards can also be made using this email address.

Card Kits, envelopes, sponge and masks will be sent under separate cover and should be with you by 14 August. Note that the envelopes are not SU! as the cards are mainly square ones… You'll also need your own adhesive, clear blocks for your stamps and ink pads and alternative greeting stamps if applicable…

Written instructions with photos will be emailed to you when the card kits are posted (plan by 10th August)

For Your Info... the eagle eyed of you may have spotted that I have shared other cards that are not included in these class shots... I had to simplify things for the class kits as I had made over 20 variants of these cards as I created a batch of thank you cards too... So there will be pictures of even more variants to share with the instructions for the 6 cards...

Hope that covers everything... If not, click here to email me with any queries...

Monday mess up(s)!

So when I posted this Field of Flowers card on Friday... I didn't own up to the full story...

As that card was the first in a series of boo boos that produced this card! Which sadly ended up destined for the bin!!

So Friday's card was a rookie error... I unintentionally left the aperture mask on whilst I created the sponged grassy meadow! So I then took the mask off... and sponged over the whole area as intended... but of course the circular element still shone through!! Boo Boo no. 1...
But then I thought... I could add some "out of the frame" interest as is my way! So out came the large square card (14cm/5 1/2" Square).. and using the stamped panel as a guide... I stamped the silhouette image off to the right and to the left... but my lining up was... rubbish!! Boo Boo no. 2...

So ... never to be defeated.... I overstamped the image more...  above on the one side and below on the other... so adding depth and covering up my multi level boo boo! Yup... I can get away with that! And perfect for a birthday card for a friend and customer that I needed to get in the post 5 minutes later...

And then it happened... Boo Boo no. 3... I dropped the ink pad on the card! Muchso expletives I can assure you! So my friend got a card from my stash instead...
And this card hit the bin... but I am sure you can get the idea off what it should have looked like...

And this is the inside... a multi layered stamping of the leafy image... so as to make my cover up of Boo Boo no 2 seem more intended!

Friday Field of Flowers...

Another Friday... and another Field of Flowers card for you...

Back with more Field of Flowers cards this weekend... along with the details of the Field of Flowers Class in the Mail... but sorry... must dash today...
And how opportune it is that the 2 Stamp sets I have been using most recently start with T and F... Todays Tiles for Tuesdays and Thursdays and Field of Flowers for Fridays! Couldn't have planned that better for the last few weeks posts!

Sneak peak - Field of Flowers Thank Yous...

So first play with my favourite bundle, Field of Flowers that I could pre-order from the new 2020-2021 Catalogue... along with the new Tasteful Textiles embossing folder...

With a simple little card for popping in with the catalogues as I posted them out... though sadly none of the new In Colors could be played with as usual ... as the ink pads got "stuck" in the system... but  I got to use some of my favourite calming colours instead...
Catalogues have been sent automatically to those ordering over £50 in the last year... and to those of you that requested one recently... but it is not too late to contact me now for your copy if you would like to be your UK demonstrator... It would really be appreciated in these times as I still cannot run my face to face classes for the foreseeable future...

The Field of Flowers bundle is a lovely stamp set along with a co-ordinating Confetti Flowers Border Punch... look for my Coastal Cabana (bluey!) flowers to see the punched images... such useful sized flowers for lots of projects using this stamp set - or not! For stamped images - or not!
Love this new embossing folder... it is called Tasteful Textiles as it has a fabric texture and feel... but I also think it is the texture of many a watercolour paper so it will be very useful for Faux Watercolour effects too...

I will be offering a Class in the Mail Kit for this bundle... more details to follow but it will be about £35 for the Base Kit ... so please email me by clicking here if you are interested... No obligations at this time...
Colours Used - Balmy Blue, Mint Macaron, Pretty Peacock, Highland Heather, Coastal Cabana
