Pretty Easter Bakers Box

Slightly more space for your Easter Treats today! Care of my Bakers Box die and some Birthday Bouquet papers.... Simple... but oh so so pretty... 

I used the confetti paper design purposefully so that everyone could choose their own box colours from a pick of Pool Party, Mint Macaron, Blushing Bride or Watermelon Wonder...

Flower arrangement just cut out from the 12x12 paper piece in the pack...

And an admittance... the greeting is from the retired Easter Blossoms stamp set... well it was just the perfect size for my 2" Circle Punch and 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch... Wow  - I have just checked - that stamp set retired 4 years ago in 2012...

A card to make you think of summer...or parties.. or anything involving ice cream with sprinkles on top...

And a Tuesday Tip for you... I have to share fellow team member Barbara's idea  - as amended by a very knowledgeable email update from Helen over in Australia (thank you so much Helen!!) - with the Honeycomb embellishments... just pull off the protective paper backing on the embellishment & adhere one side and leave the other side as is... then you can post the card easily! And you can decide whether to add an instructional note for the recipient on the paper of the unpeeled side ....eg Peel & Stick!

Much better than squashing the honeycomb like I did with mine... though  - I hasten to add - that was in a tight plastic wallet rather than in an envelope!

Love the greeting from Remembering Your Birthday for this ice cream ensemble.... perfect!

PS I used the Circle Framelits but I forgot to add them to the Supplies List... also Honeycomb Happiness is available in wood mount too ( but I couldn't find it on the lists!)

Number of Years with Butterfly Basics

Nipping in with a quick post before DH gets onto sort my PC out!

Spot the beautiful new Pool Party Glitter Ribbon from the Spring Summer catalogue ... it feels soft, is lovely to tie and very glittery... a winner in my book! I tried to get a blurred photo so you can see the glitter and shine... but to no avail!

I used the numbers and flowers from the Number of Years set - but everything else is from Butterfly Basics (well apart from the background which is You've Got This!)

Colour combination of Mint Macaron, Lost Lagoon, Soft Sky and Tip Top Taupe... with the addition of a touch of Blushing Bride for the flowers... 

And just finished off with a few small pearls....

The Tags this year!

Well I had a wonderful project to share with you today... But the photos I took were awful! And they are all wrapped up now... so that one will have to be another day...

So instead... I will share my tags for this year...

The one Christmas make I ALWAYS forget... and end up making very last minute... in a huge rush!!

So...nothing spectacular...just quick, easy and simple...

Amazing how quick great tags tags can be made armed with a Tag Topper Punch & the Triple Banner Punch!

Glitter Trees

Oh I do like to see trees all covered in glitter...

This is a concept card I made to demonstrate different types of glue plus glitter... Dazzling Details vs Fine Tip Glue Pen plus Dazzling Diamonds... 

The nuances do not show up on these photos... but trust me when I say that the sparkle across the room is amazing! So I ended up finishing the card off...

Oh - and different amounts  - and ways of application (squiggle or blobs!) of glue too... which you may be able to see the extra on the central trees...

And finally a blurry photo to attempt to show the level of sparkle...
