Silent Night & Baby Wipe Swoosh

Staying on Baby Wipe Swoosh theme... Just to prove that every sky is different!

But before I start - don't forget to check out this week's new Weekly Deals (25% off)... I will be ordering next on Friday night 20 November...

So just in case you missed the rest of this week's excitement... here are the details for the Stamps on Sale with 20% off (until this Friday 20 November) ... and here is the Autumn Winter Catalogue Retiring List...

So I swooshed my white panel lightly with the baby wipe and Night of Navy ink...

I used the cut-out houses from another make as a stencil on this one... Daubing Night of Navy ink through the cut-out parts - apart from the smoke on the left hand side house - marker was required for that one! Too fine...
And then I started to stamp the Silent Night wording from the co-ordinating Jingle All the Way stamp set... and thought...what a shame I don't have any All is Calm, All is Bright... and then I remembered that I do! So out came the Wonderland stamp set... job done!
Another quick & simple card for mass production - care of my favourite Sleigh Ride edgelits...

Sparkly Wonderland Antlers

Another idea for my favourite trio stamping of Antlers...
Trio of antlers stamped in black without re-inking in between...
Add a panel of Winter Wonderland antler paper...
And a strip & a bow of Silver ribbon...
And then finish off your stamped antlers with glue and a sprinking of glitter... can't remember if I used Dazzling Details - or Fine Tip glue plus Dazzling Diamonds fine glitter...! Either works...
Sparkles, glistens & causes a WOW in the flesh...but simple to make... got to love that!

Wonderland Forest - and Star

Another card made using the Wonderland stamp set... This was very popular in my classes as simple, quick but very effective....
3 lots of stamping of the trees in Mossy Meadow before re-inking...
A quick Aquapainter watercolour of the tree trunks using Tip Top Taupe...
Soft Sky snowflakes on the front...
And a SINGLE stamped Soft Sky Snowflake to serve as a star on the inside (as requested by Jane! Happy to oblige... great idea Jane!)

Wonderland - Silent Night in Purples

Another way to use your Wonderland stamps... and going back to my special purple makes!!
Attempting to show my new purple-loving crafters that just one ink pad can start you off pretty well on your colour journey... Elegant Eggplant used here to give 4 colour shades... starting off by inking up and stamping in the centre then stamping - without re-inking - the 3 words below....
Then I have re-inked - stamped off onto scrap paper once - and then repeated the stamping of the 3 words above
All with the aid of the trusty Stamp A Ma Jig of course!
Well ...I say one ink pad... apart from Whisper White Craft Ink that I have used for the snowflake background on a Wisteria Wonder card blank - but they already have that one!

Finished off with direct inking around the stamped panel ( I just use my Elegant Eggplant straight onto my card panel) and then sticking to a 2nd white panel. And some Wisteria Wonder Seam Binding ribbon....

Wonderland Antlers #2 - White Embossed

Another simple card idea for the antlers stamp... and a BIG THANK YOU later...
Again a trio of antlers on a small panel...
But embossed in white this time... really pops in the flesh...
Finished off with the snowflakes stamped and the panels daubed around the edge in Craft Whisper White...
And for anyone wondering how it would look not embossed... just using the Craft Whisper White ink pad instead... here you go... though my white pad did need re-inking at the time!! So this can definitely be improved upon with a juicier pad...
And I leave you with a REALLY BIG THANK YOU to a number of my readers - you know who you are!

On Saturdays' long Winter Wonderland card tutorial post... well... I put a certain sentence on here with my typical UK humour!!! LOL!!

Wonderland Trees in Purples

Now I know a lot of you will be surprised to see me creating in purples again...

But I have quite a lot of new stamping friends who are seriously into their purples - so it had to be done...
And I have to admit it does look rather effective...

So I decided to test their purple preferences out - so I used all 3 on this card... Perfect Plum, Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant...
The trees were inked up in Wisteria Wonder using a pad - then I grabbed my markers and went over the top for the other 2 trees...

Wonderland Antlers #1

Oops...auto scheduling gone rather wrong ( probably me mind!!) ...so just had to switch posts around... which is code for Fancy Fold Friday post now something Special for Saturday!!

Well I was given a challenge.... a couple of my ladies virtually screamed with glee when they saw the antler image in the Wonderland set... so I knew I had to come up with something...

Yes I know an antler image is bang on trend... I can see antlers appearing all over this year's new Christmas products hitting the shops...
But... not me... I could only  think of one thing I would use them for... which involves lots of fussy cutting... and then I discovered that these aren't as easy to cut out as I first thought...

So it was back to the drawing board.... and finally the ideas started to come...
And now I am converted.... loving the antlers!

This card is simple... just inking up the antlers in Early Espresso... then stamping once, twice, three times... no re-inking in between. And stamping off once before stamping the greeting onto the panel.... all with the aid of my trusty Stamp A Ma Jig of course!

Christmas Cards

So here are 4 of the 5 card designs we made at our Stamp A Stack session back in September. Everyone made 2 of each of these cards. My favourite was the Silent Night church.... it was super quick & easy to colour in with the Watercolor WonderCrayons, plus some dabs of the glue pen followed by glitter! It really sparkles.

I cannot believe it is that long ago - and I apologise for not posting them earlier. I will also post the 5th snowman when I locate the photo!!!
Please contact me by the email link if you want any product details... they are all made using Stampin' Up! stamps, punches and card/inks etc
