And to celebrate that amazing number of posts... I have a challenge for my long term followers... or indeed anyone...

What is your favourite Craft Spa post... or project... or tutorial... ? Or indeed just anything that springs to your mind today! I would love that feedback from you... as I am beginning to evaluate what and where I go in the future...

Answers in comments... or via the Contact form down the RHS if you are more shy!!. or even by email by clicking here... Thank you!

Wednesday Wideo - Above Clouds

ABOVE THE CLOUDS PHOTOPOLYMER STAMP SET
Another very popular new product in the Stampin' Up! range... Above Clouds
And could also be a vase - or a perfume bottle... or even a punch bag if you need that theme for a man's card...

And spot the basket and triangle punched parts in the Hot Air Balloon Punch too... I am thinking small plant pot and teeny tiny banners (with or without the stamp set!) or triangular confetti...
With a theme that always lifts one's soul... and a great theme for men's, kids and travel related projects... as well as inspirational words...

And especially for a scrapbook page if (like me) you have had the excitement of a hot air balloon flight... or been to a Balloon Festival...
So bringing you Above Clouds....

Click on the arrow below for the video and project ideas... including how to set up your stamps to easily stamp & punch the 3 parts of the balloon at once...
And as a Bonus Tip for you today... Like the circular greeting around the balloon ona stitched circle..?

Easy enough to do... just shape/bend your long thin stamp (eg Hi Friend in this case) as you place onto your clear block... using a die cut circle to aid your eye for the shape...

Then ink up and stamp... and then repeat as many times as you need...

Though you may wish to do a dry run first if using a different greeting... so as to work out how to best place - and how many times to stamp -  to go round the whole circle...

Tuesday Tips - more Punched Daisies!

Told you I had gone a bit mad with the wonderful Daisy Lane and Daisy Punches... but thought I should share these punched variants before I more onto other products...

Amazing how you can make so many different flowers from the one punch (or 2 if you count the different sizes!) Just scroll back (a week or two)if you want to check out some more variants...
This time the white flowers are created by punching out a daisy... and then inserting each petal into the tip of the same punch and punching to nip out the tip... And then repeat...lots of times!
Note that it is much easier to do one punched daisy part at a time - and then assemble -  rather than assemble your daisy and then punch!

A Large Daisy... with a 1/2" stamped & punched centre (as described here)
A Medium Daisy... this next shot having the wonderful Perennial Essence Floral Centre to "best" finish off my daisy!
And you may recognise the card format... as this was actually my prototype for my last Stitched Nested Labels cut-out Dandelion Wishes card... more details on that can be found by clicking here...

Gray Granite leaves and Memento Black greeting from the Daisy Lane stamp set...

Black splatter care of the Light Basic Black Stampin Blends marker pen...
Colour combination- Gray Granite, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White and Basic Black...

More on Monday - Rounding up the Daisy Lane series...

Bringing this series to a close... as I have realised that I have a lot more projects to share with you ...  So for today... a couple more clean & simple Daisy Lane makes with some more creative tips for you....

Firstly the only Large Daisy in this series... onto a standard A6 card (US A2)
Stamp a Gray Granite daisy on white and punch out...
Stamp and punch a Daffodil Delight 1/2" Centre (as detailed in this post)
Punch an aperture in the top white panel
Adhere onto Gray Granite mat
Adhere onto A6 (Tent) card blank
3D foam adhere daisy centre
Greeting from Flourishing Phrases in Gray Granite
And secondly... a simple small square (10.5cm or US 4 1/4") card... again with the Medium Daisy size...
Stamp 2 Gray Granite Medium daisies on white and punch out...
Note that I stamped and punched one of my daisies out of the centre of my white panel just to save some card.. though it is not actually necessary to do it this way! I wouldn't set it out this way for a class... or for bulk making... Although it does actually add some extra definition when used to stick my daisy on... so is a good idea if you would like to save some card!

Stamp and punch a Daffodil Delight 3/8" Centre (as detailed in this post)
Adhere daisies onto white panel
Adhere onto Gray Granite mat. Note that the top daisy is 3D foam adhered for extra depth... though flat adhere if cheaper postage is important to you! As it is more important to 3D foam adhere the centre...
3D foam adhere daisy centre
Adhere onto small square card blank

Greeting from Itty Bitty Greetings in Gray Granite...
Note that I only partially inked the "many thanks" greeting as I wanted an even simpler  - and shorter - look! Use a marker pen on the word you do want (or cover the word you don't want with a sticky note, ink up with pad, remove sticky note... and stamp)

And here you have the Group Shot! Scroll back for the last week or so for all the details on each  project separately...
