Following on from my 3 earlier Adventure Bound posts at the beginning of the
week... they were 3 from a pic n mix selection of 12 cards available to make in
classes this month... Well you know what cards for men are like...certain themes
suit certain men...and others don't..so great to have a selection to choose
from....
So here is a quick round up of the other cards for the menfolk focusing on
using the
Adventure
Bound paper stack which is only available for 3 more days – so I thought I
had better share these quickly! Please don’t miss this great paper stack…it is
just SO right for men’s cards….
Also featuring the
Guy
Greetings stamp set. These cards were all made at our last Team Quarterly
Training - so thank you Julie Kettlewell for these makes...love them! We all
did…..
Warning….very picture heavy post…..
First up …. this card caused a stir in one of my classes… I can’t possibly
say why without this post being blocked by the porno police…but there was much
girlie laughing for ages… and so I had to think on my feet and quickly make a
new version from the bits in the card kit...I think only 1 lady could make it as
the original!! With a strange grin on her face… LOL!
And here was the alternative… though I have to admit that the greetings were
added just this week – well I did tell you that I am going to use this NEW Happy
Birthday Everyone hostess stamp set on everything!!

Oh look I actually made 3…. DAD at training… then I tried the GRANDPA one
with the cut away around the collar – and then the on-the-spot one without the
tie… I love all 3….

Second up the - all round favourite using the
Circle
Card Thinlits die. This die just does it’s job so well - it produces a fab
looking but SO simple to make Fancy Fold card! I was told off for not featuring
this die before…must dig out all those Christmas cards we made when it first
came out!!! I think a few of you must have been away for that class?

This next one was a real fave of mine…. I know Julie was inspired by fellow
teamie
Sarah Jane Rae’s make for this one…

This is a clever little card/ Gift Card holder…uses the Treat Bag Thinlits
die… and of course the Bow Builder punch for the bow-tie

Fab little slider card here…well men do like a card that they can do pull or
poke!!
Word Window punch still a must ….and I do love the
Ornate Tag Topper Punch

Again.. this YOU ROCK card was the favourite of many…

And here is one proving that
Lovely As a Tree is still going strong – and still fabulous….
definitely a must have stamp set…..

And finally the Football card… great make with the
Hexagon Punch…. always useful to have one of these in your
stash – suitable for men and boy’s of all ages…. Wish I had found the time to
make the Rugby Ball one I was going to make though…maybe one day…..

And a variant…. well I had to have another to put in the finished card stash
box…
PS I don't think these photos will be pinnable...strange things are happening in the blogging world.. I won't bore you with the details... but there is quite a few workarounds going on to achieve blog posts at the moment.... very frustrating needless to say.....
