Definitely a card on the cute scale in the flesh!! Proving that small can be so beautiful!!
And seeing as it is Fancy Fold Friday... here's a tutorial for you...
Craft Spa Recipe
And sorry to my US followers as this is very specific to rest-of-the-world A4 card/C7 envelopes and centimetres measurements... as preciseness is key... I will try to convert for a sensible card from US Letter cardstock/envelope... but in the meantime can anyone tell me the size for a standard US envelope about half your A2 size!?

Card Blank - Thick Whisper White -14.8 x 10.5cm  (5 7/8" x 4 1/8")
Inner Panel - Thin Whisper White- 10.8 x 10.1cm
Tabs - Thin Whisper White- 7.2 x 1.3cm (x2)

Paper Front 7cm x 4" (10.1cm)
Paper In-Sides 3.2 x 9.7cm (x2)

(D) Basic Black Card 5cm x 6cm
(St) White Card 4.5cm x 10cm pp

where (D) is for die- cutting and (St) is for stamping & punching and pp is per person

  10. Decorate all panels....
  11. Die cut front of Card Blank (Tip for easier/straighter cutting...
I used a piece of Grid Paper and marked out a 3.7cm line (ie half of the 7.4cm width) to aid the eye... this was temporarily stuck onto the underside of my thin (Metallic die) plate so everyone could use it all the classes... worked like a charm!
  12. Die cut Basic Black Lots of Labels frame

  13. Stamp greeting AND Everyday Label Punch
  14.  Faux Stitch using thin end of your Basic Black Stampin Marker (Tip- just draw 3 stitches at a time- easier and faster - and neater too!!

NOTE - this Tutorial assumes that you have already created a Pop Out Swing card and so know how to stick the parts & Tabs in ...  but if not... then please visit this Tutorial here for further pictorial instruction...  points 7-17
  15. Adhere Z folded Inner Panel to RHS of open card blank (note: valley fold of Z Fold panel to LHS when stuck )

Petal Passion Small Square Pop Out Swing card

Think this is my second favourite of my newly designed range of fully opening Pop out Swing cards... small in size... but big in effect...

So this is a 10.5cm Square card (aka actual 4 1/8"... though you would do a 4 1/4" version from US Letter cardstock)
Petal Passion paper panel first stuck to front of card blank and then the aperture die cut using Stitched Shapes dies...

Stampin Blends action on the paper covered die cut stitched square... using mainly Calypso Coral, Pool Party & Old Olive ... with a touch of Daffodil Delight for the flower centres... and though you can't tell in the photo... Bermuda Bay for the bottom right flower......
Finished off with a white embossed Picture Perfect greeting and a Basic Black scalloped frame using the Layering Squares & Stitched Shapes dies...

Papers inside given a bit of co-ordinating Stampin Blends action on the little flowers... just to pull it all together...

Sweet & Sassy meets Picture Perfect Party...

All on a Pop Out Swing card...

As we have been having a run on made up plain white Pop Out Swing cards as I demonstrate step by step in my classes - which means another blank one ready to go at the end of each class!
Have to admit that this is my favourite pattern in the Picture Perfect Party pack of papers...so me!!

And I couldn't resist just popping on a heart whilst the Sweet & Sassy dies were out... though I couldn't face any more red....
And my next Pop out Swing card will be decorated with papers all over... got them all ready to go for this weeks' class...
And then I will be back with the updated Tutorial for you... just not enough hours in the day this week...

Picture Perfect Party candles

Pick a piece of Picture Perfect Party candle paper... and look at the project samples as shown on page 4 in the Spring Summer (Occasions) catalogue (as image below)
Cut the paper to a size not quite intended to CASE said sample!!! Oops!

So add a couple of mats in Lemon Lime Twist and Bermuda Bay...

Add a small piece of 1/8" Bermuda Bay Sale A Bration ribbon to replace the Fringed Ribbon in the sample (which is unfortunately not available)... but this 1/8" ribbon can be yours for free with a £45 order as it is a Sale Bration promotional item...
And here you have it... a bright and cheerful simple birthday card to get in the post in a flash...

A Clean and Simple Picture Perfect Birthday Pop Out Swing card

Here are the 2 together...
And here is the link to the first one with Tutorial details...

Bright & Cheery Epic Celebrations

Rather different to the last 2 days cards... but the last of my makes using the gorgeous colour combination of Lemon Lime Twist, Night of Navy & Whisper White set by the Colour INKspiration group to start off the New Year...

Simplest of card formats for a teen (or young at heart) card to allow the colours to do the talking... and to make good use of my aperture from yesterday's card ... well I don't like waste! [10.5cm square White card blank with a 6.9cm Night of Navy mat]
Using the Sale A Bration promotional stamp set, Epic Celebrations (yours for free with a £45 order)
And simply Lemon Lime Twist, Night of Navy and Smoky Slate markers for colouring...
And so here are the final trio together...
And oh dear... I have now lied...as... as I was clearing away my Lemon Lime Twist/Night of Navy bits... another card somehow got created... so one for another dull day in the future!

Another Petal Palette card using Colour INKspiration challenge #125 colours

As I said yesterday... I liked this colour combination so much I had to go on and make a couple more cards whilst everything was out...

So a simple aperture card today... using the Sale A Bration promotional Tutti Frutti Cards & Envelopes (which can be yours for free with every £45 ordered) These are rather nice!
As Stampin' Up! says... Let these spring-colored card bases and envelopes inspire you to make fabulous projects!

* 16 preprinted card bases and envelopes
* 4 each of 4 designs
* Folded card: 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" | 14 x 10.8 cm
* Envelope: 5-3/4" x 4-3/8" | 14.6 x 11.1 cm

Coordinating colors: Basic Black, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lime Twist, Pool Party
Again the card mainly features the gorgeous Petal Palette bundle... though this time I have coloured in the "main event roses"... colouring details in yesterdays' post...

Picture Perfect Birthday greeting on the largest Stitched Shapes die cut square... and the aperture/frame is cut using the same Stitched Shapes square and the largest scallop square from the Layering Squares dies...

Finished off with a Stampin Blends coloured piece of White Organza 1/4" ribbon... I think I may be using quite a lot of this ribbon as it colours so beautifully and easily...

And here is a photo of my INK spirations colour challenge Petal Palette duo... lovely and fresh... and creating a very happy corner in my display...

Petal Palette for Colour INKspiration Challenge #C125

So a New Year brings a new intent and some changes to ways of working... So I have decided to do as many a good Stampin Up! demo does... and start to enter a few creative challenges during 2018...

So first up... a colour challenge... care of the Colour INKspiration Facebook group... Tricia Raineri chose this yummy & summery inspiration pic for #CI25. And we could also other neutrals such as Basic Black, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Sahara Sand or metallics in the challenge project.
I can't tell you how happy I was working with this combination... light, bright, summery and right up my blues and greens street.... love it! So much so... that I couldn't stop with just the one project that I entered for the challenge... so more to come...

But for today... my entry to the Challenge... a small Bridge U Fold card as per this Tutorial I shared last year... though I only used the one box section/insert for the birdie perch.... so that was scored at 1.5cm from each side from a 11.5cm x 2.5cm high panel...
Featuring mainly Petal Palette... a lovely stamp and die bundle...
Along with Tutti Frutti papers... which have a fabulous range of colours on the "plain side". Great 6x6 pack to have in stock...
Stamped greeting from Picture Perfect Birthday... a greeting that I just can't stop using...
And finished off with a doubled die cut greeting from the fantastic Sale A Bration promotion die set, Celebrate You (yours for free with a £90 order) and which is, for the first time, a Sale A Bration  item that will continue for sale into the new Annual Catalogue come 1st June so long may it reign!
And some details for you...

I didn't colour in many of the flowers and leaves as I preferred the lightness of the marker duo inked flower images... but where I needed them... I used the Lemon Lime Twist watercolor pencil found exclusively in the Lots of Happy card kit... and just a Blender Pen and Night of Navy ink pad

The long leaf spray was inked in Lemon Lime Twist... and "marker thumped" with Old Olive to produce some texture/veining... and then fussy cut! The other images being die cut using the Petals & More dies...
Come back tomorrow for another bright and summery card to lighten your day... which I think we all need with all that white stuff tumbling down outside round here....
